What and inspiration!
I have returned from the NKBA chapter officer training meeting energized and enthused form the development of deeper relationships with the chapter officers, the new knowledge learned from the leadership training and excited about the value that was and will be created by sharing our experiences with the membership.
Friday night we explored the NKBA website. It is full of tools for just about all our members.
Saturday Jeff Cufaude from Idea Architects delivered to us a presentation on leadership development packed with information on how to maximize efforts through the effective use of technology.
Sunday morning we worked on further developing our chapters strategic plan.
I hope that the other attendees will offer some comments on their thoughts on the meeting.
I will try to post some other information including some website links that Jess suggested to us.
